Requirements for Entry and Location

 

Travel is not required, the NVQ Health and Social Care Diploma Level 2 can be delivered at a place of work or by one of our NVQ assessors.

  • Hours of Work: must be working a minimum of 16 hours per week.

  • Age : anyone aged between 16 to 65 can do this course.

  • Previous Qualifications: No previous degrees or qualifications are required.

  • Employment : Need to be working in health and social care.

 

Time required to complete NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care?

The course can take anywhere from 12 to 14 months to learn. The amount of times the assessor will come to visit will take place at your place of work or premises.

You will be assigned an assessor who will come to visit you at your place of work or home. To check over the progress of your course. They are there to support you with the course.

Who can study this Level 2 Qualification?

 

All of the training to gain the NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma is supported and completed by one of our assessor’s at your place of work.

A role in care can get you working in places like the NHS, Residential Care Support Workers, Local Authorities, Nursing Homes, Residential Care, Care homes, PCT’S, Health services and all other different types of health sectors for public and private sectors.
